Dented skin.?

my skin is dented after sqeesing spots lyk as in there are holes in my skin it looks awful.there are also loads of little spots on my forehead (this is where the dents are.)and i am also seeing lines on my face and my skin is quiet saggy im only 14, i also have huge pores, is there any way i can have tight firm , clear skin.?xxx

those indentations are permanent. nothing short of cosmetic surgery will make them go away.
