How can i tighten my facial skin.. exercises?

Any thoughts or exercises i can do for a firmer face?


tihs sounds radiculous, but i am serious.





Do you know any exercises i can do for firmer, tighter springier skin?





PS: I'm only 20 so surely it can't be too hard.

Reply:No, actually I think facial exercises would do more harm than good. Scowling or smiling a lot make laugh lines when you are older because they wear out the elasticity on the skin. There is no way to stop wrinkles with exercises, but you can use creams and sunsceen to prevent wrinkles.
Reply:You can exercise the muscles of your face and eyes, as well of the neck. Just put your muscles tight and hold for some seconds. The tightest the better. You will learn how to do it. I used Jergens with Sea weed extract and i did notices my skin on my thighs stomach and face seemed tighter. But once you stop using it it kinda wears off.





But your 20!...? why are you worried about lose sagging skin?





Are you talking about a gobble gobble double chin?





I read that if you tuck your lower lip over your bottom teeth and move your jaw up and down contracting the muscles in your neck. This will help tone the muscles three and take the extra wiggle and store that fat somewhere else.
