If i lose weight will i have exsesse skin?

HI My Name is Chris. I Weight about 296 and i'm 17 years old, i'm currently on a diet now and wanted to lose about 40-50 pounds and gain muscle too. So if i lose 40-50 pounds will i have extra skin on my belly , if i do then how do i make it tight and get a 6 pack becasue i want to be about 240 and no higher and no lower , becasue i'm going to be getting taller too plus i play baseball.

If you lose the weight properly you won't have excess skin problems. Also, you're young...so your skin still has all of it resilience so it won't be a problem. People mostly get saggy skin after a verrrry fast, uncontrolled weight loss. Like lap band or gastric bypass surgery..you'll be fine..good luck
Reply:Try to only lose about 2 to 3 lbs. a week and you will not have any access skin.
Reply:yeah the other guy is right. just dieting without excercise will let you lose the fat (and a lot of muscle on top) and you end up with excess skin. if you diet and excercise you can prevent some of the xs skin, but not all of it. it takes a long time.... the faster you lose the weight, the more likely it is to have xs skin. lose the weight slowly and with excercise and it should work out alright.
