The skin on the tip of my penis doesn't scroll back...?
Hey buddy, no reason to be alarmed! True, most guys by 16 are able to pull their foreskins back, but that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you. And circumcision is like killing the patient to cure the disease, and on top of that is just plain unneccesary.

You're not in any kind of "immediate situation" like some other posters have claimed, don't worry. Try pulling it back as far as you can, and then pulling a little more (even if it's painful) and eventually you should be able to fully retract your foreskin as if you've been doing it all your life (even if it takes a few days or weeks of you pulling on it a little more every once in a while).

Or, If you can't get it to roll back on your own, you could see a doctor; there are ways to separate the foreskin from the glans (head) without cutting it off.

Whatever you do, don't let anybody try to talk you into lopping it off! And best of luck to ya, mate!
Reply:ok..first...are u circumsized...and next can u go to the bathroom...cuz if u can't u better see a doc.
Reply:get some scissors and something to bite down on...
Reply:Go get snipped......if for nothing else to enhance your sex life
Reply:umm yea, dude i had the same problem, its a disease, you arent circumcised, u need to be circumcised imidiately, thats what i had done.

alot of adults and teenage boys get it done if they werent circumcised as babies
Reply:I am assuming you aren't circumsized. Don't be alarmed. This is a common condition (Phimosis), especially in children. Here is some information that may help you...you don't necessarily have to get a circumcision as some of the people have suggested. There are many alternatives that can be tried and circumcision would be a LAST resort, not the first.

What Is Phimosis?

Phimosis is a condition in which the foreskin of the penis is so tight that it cannot be pulled back (retracted) to reveal the head of the penis.

What Causes Phimosis?

Phimosis, which is seen most often in children, may be present at birth. It also can be caused by an infection, or by scar tissue that formed as a result of injury or chronic inflammation. Another cause of phimosis is balanitis, which leads to scarring and tightness of the foreskin. Immediate medical attention is necessary if the condition makes urination difficult or impossible.

How Is Phimosis Treated?

Treatment of phimosis may include gentle, manual stretching of the foreskin over a period of time. Sometimes, the foreskin can be loosened with medication applied to the penis. Circumcision, the surgical removal of the foreskin, often is used to treat phimosis. Another surgical procedure, called preputioplasty, involves separating the foreskin from the glans (head of the penis). This procedure preserves the foreskin and is less traumatic than circumcision.
