Why would pressing into the skin, lightly, on my bottom, thighs and legs cause pain?

I'm not certain how to explain my issue, but for about a year now, I've noticed that when I push into my thighs with fingers or legs, even just a bit of pressure, it is very painful. Sometimes if I lean against something and press into my thighs, butt, or legs it is painful. I don't understand. I've had a lot of indigestion or bowel issues, lots of bowel sounds in my tummy going on. I've been dizzy and nauseaus a lot but not throwing up. The dizzies seem to pass...anyways...I just don't feel myself and hate going to the doctor for them to tell me I'm normal and I'm just freaking myself out. I haven't been to the doctor in a very long time, but I just feel that I could be over reacting. Anyone have this sort of thing happen to them? My chest feels tight too, but I've been under a lot of stress lately, the skin issue has been around for a while and seems to have worsened.

I've never heard of anything like this before. Whenever I have medical questions I use the symptom checker at webmd.com. This website is always helpful for any medical questions you could ever have.
Reply:First i wnat you to knoe that im not a doctor but I do have the same symptoms...I went to a chiropractor had lots of x-rays and i just happened to be that my lower back was out of line a few months of going to him and i was good as new..now I haved listened to my body and I can tell when I need an adjustment. Stress tightens up all your muscles and causes them to press on the spine when you get those to relax and get your bak aligned you will feel lots better and the bowel and stomach problems will go away too.
Reply:For the love of God, go to the f***king doctor!
