Ok i am 14 years old and im not really sure i think i weight like 160-170 pounds and im trying to loose weight and im planning on gettin my weight to at least 125-130 punds so about 30 pounds and im terrified of sagging skin! If im only 14 and do alot of excersices will my skin be tight when im done or will i have sagging skin? And what excersices can i do 2 keep my skin tight when i try to loose weight? PS DO NOT TELL ME EATING WELL BECAUSE I ALREADY KNO THAT! lol the only thing i want to kno is what i asked so food is not included in thos questions so plz dont give me answers with the word food in it! PLEASE HELP ME!! And give me good information!
What excersices can i do to prevent saggin skin?
Hi Amber, I think as you loose weight your skin will shrink naturally. After you meet your goal then try to walk everyday to tone up. If you exercises to soon you'll turn the fat into muscle and on a girl it doesn't look good. I would keep eating good healthy foods and do a little exercises every other day. And when you've lost the weight then start toning. Stay Positive. Good Luck
