Are there any foods to aid skin tightening while losing weight.?

I am losing a few pounds here and there. I don't have stretch skin, as I lose about 20 lbs how can i make sure to keep my skin tight and keep it's elasticity and not have hanging or loose skin.

Are there any foods to aid skin tightening while losing weight.?
Exercise is the only answer
Reply:exercise and a good diet , try to lose the weight slowly and make sure you have a good skin routine, a good moisturiser will really help, palmers coca butter for pregnancy and stretch marks is fab and not too expensive it's about £5 a bottle
Reply:just loose S L O W L Y and properly, the way the government wants us to lose it (so,1 - 2 llbs/week; w/ 5 sessions of exercise lasting 45 - 60 min; feeding yourself 5 a day, etc.)

topical creams won't make a difference.

(Also, I'm not sure losing 20 lbs would cause hanging skin. Ok, maybe under the arms... Stretch marks, for sure :( )

.I've read on this a bit (having lost 50 lbs - never saw the loose skin phenom) - at least one fanatic online says skin will tighten up automatically with radical FAT loss (aiming at single-digit percentages). That's a painful life, imo, even if it is right!

Edit: sorry, you asked about foods specifically. Never heard of that.
