Okay so I'm a young guy and im in good shape, but i have sooo much loose skin ( and ive never been fat or lost a lot of weight) . For example, my checks, arms, chest, etc. It's crazy, its funny too, but it also takes a lot away from like muscle definition and stuff.. i guess what im wondering is, is there anything that can help my skin be tighter.. i heard someone say i might have a low skin glue? or something, i don't even know. But really any help would be appreciated.

Try to increase your muscle mass until your skin becomes "filled." Lift heavy, eat clean, and get enough sleep.
