Does Tae Bo work? Can I lose some extra fat on my face, and have tighter skin? And more defined features?

I'm planning to do Tae Bo Advance for 45 minutes, 7 times a week. If I maintain a healthy diet, avoid all bad foods, can I see improvement in my facial features? Will my skin become tighter? That is my goal!

Does Tae Bo work? Can I lose some extra fat on my face, and have tighter skin? And more defined features?

Reply:Yes, Tae Bo works. I ave the videos and while I don't do them 7 days a week the amount that I do do has provided good results.
Reply:There is no such thing as spot reduction-especially on your face. If you have a lot of FAT on your face (and other places) your face would slim down with the rest of your body.....but not more defined features or tighter skin there.
Reply:I've been in the fitness buisness 20 years, and I even do Tae Bo everymorning.
