Is it a serious problem when your skin becomes dry and tight after sitting out in the sun?

I notice lately that after sitting out in the sun i get a slight headache, and later on the skin on my face gets dry and has no elasticity, even when i have sunscreen on. I never used to have this problem, i'm just worried it might be somethin serious.

as your skin heats it will become tightend. you may need to take a break once and a while. the head-ack might be from dehydration. make sure to drink alot of water.

Reply:you should keep in mind that the sun is dangerous for us anyway... with that being said, this problems is giving you a perfect example of your skin being stretched out, just like a freshly washed t-shirt, if you pull on it and then release, it doesn't retain the old shape, it's baggier. don't wait to long to wear stronger sunscreen, your skin will start to look like a old leather hand bag.
Reply:excesive sun damage (such as sunburn or tanning) can lead to skin cancer. my friend has very fair skin and has had to have two surgeries because of skin cancer, thankfully for her it did not spread. i would stay out of the sun until you consult a doctor just to make sure everything is okay.
