How can i stick tight my hairs to the hairs skin???

i want my hairs to be close with it (like malfoy),wht shall i do? i dont want to apply any gel....

Well depending on how long your hair is, if you slick it back with your hands after washing it, and then blowdry it like that, with some hairspray at the same time, it may work. If that's not enough, use some wax or pomade; you won't get as much of a shiny look as with gel.
