I have really lose skin around my belly from where i had c section they cut though my muscle how to tight it?
All you can really do is tighten the muscles under the skin. The skin will never really tighten up. I've had 2 c-sections and a myomectomy. Three cuts in the same area...I've got what I call the "ledge". I've been able to tighten things up underneath, but the skin has always had more jiggle than I would like.
Reply:I don't think any amount of workouts will ever lose that flab, it's stretched skin and it just doesn't bounce back (like some trainers who have never had any seem to think). You could always tighten the muscles around it but I don't believe it ever goes away, unless you try surgery.
Reply:Hi I also had 2 c-sections and I work out for years and am in pretty good shape overall but was very unhappy with my lower flap of my stomach and no matter how many sit ups I do or did it doesn't and didn't help. So I went to a plastic surgeon and got a tummy tuck and WOW it looks great, I no longer have that pouch my stomach is nice and flat and the best thing is that the doctor used my old c-section scar and a lot of my stretch marks were removed in the process. I totally recommend it, just make sure you do a lot of research and find a good board certified surgeon. Good luck I hope It helps!
