How to lose weight without "sagging" skin?

i am 5'7'' and 200 lbs. i play football, wrestle, and lift weights, so some of it is muscle (probably more than 50%) and im in pretty good shape(cardiovascular). if i had no fat on my body i would be cut up (ripped). i have no problem dieting, but i know with quick weight loss skin gets "saggy" or baggy (it hangs) i want to weigh around 150-160, but keep my skin tight so my six-pack will show (i can feel it but not see) any advise would help

How to lose weight without "sagging" skin?
The way to lose weight and not have saggy skin is to do it gradually, no super quick weight loss. Do some exercise to tone your muscles in the area you'd like to be less "saggy" and your body should take over, over time. If it is really a LOT of skin, and you have done all this, and your body has time to "catch up" to you, then you might have to consider surgery. Your skin is elastic, but not invincible. Think of women who have babies, they get stretch marks and those can't go away, no matter how small or toned you get.

Reply:weight lifting and a lot of water is very good to keep the skin from sagging, also eating right and walking. this worked out just fine for me,also crunches.
Reply:It's important to have a variety of grains in your diet. Glyconutrients from carbohydrates have special qualities that help our bodies. Try a mixture of oatmeal and millet meal porridge. Make sure your oil/fat source includes nuts and seeds that provide essential fatty acids so important for your skin. Avoid oils added to salads etc. Lose no more than 1kg (2lb) per week otherwise your body can't adapt.
Reply:You're not going to lose weight extremely fast unless you have surgery or something. Your skin is going to be able to keep up with your diet and exercise no problem.
Reply:The following does not give you baggy or saggy skin :

You can loose a kilo a week easy without exercise with the following, and reduces hunger pangs, and brings you back to a normal weight, while focusing on low GI.

%26gt; Plenty of water, no sugar, no white bread.

%26gt; Breakfast : banana, skim milk, qtr tsp honey milk shake

Coffee (no sugar)

%26gt; Mid Morning : Small mixture of nuts, saltanas, carrots sticks

%26gt; Lunch : Mixed salad, lettuce, olives, cucumber, cheese, smoked salmon or chicken pieces

%26gt; Afternoon : Apple, rest of nuts, cup of tea (no sugar)

%26gt; While making dinner : Small amount of cheese, olives, 5 rice crackers, 1 small glass of wine

%26gt; Dinner : Steak, Chicken or fish, small amount of sweet potato, OR corn, OR pumpkin, green vegetables, some carrot

%26gt; Dessert : 2 spoonpulls of tinned fruit, and small yogurt

The secret :

= Snack on small cheese, and small crackers, makes dinner feel fulle rin your tummy. You will sleep better too.

= STAY AWAY from sugar, morning cereals, white bread, white rice, white potato, cookies, cakes, icecream, lollies

= Stay busy, and snack on apple, nuts, 2 coffees in the morning, and a tea at night keeps away hunger pangs.

= the banana gives you energy, and goodness in the mornng, while the coffee wakes you up, and kick starts metab.

I feel more energy than I have ever felt before, have a post baby body at 76 kgs, and went down to 67 kgs in 2 months, and have kept it off for 2 years. Bread now gives me a headache, so I limit it to 1 slice fo toast every 2nd morn, or a salad sandwhich 2 times a week, or icecream and wafers every sat night.

The key is staying away from wheat, and sugar, and white potato.

if you can do this, you will not believe the change in your personality, sex life, skin tone, size, positive attitude, brain power, energy, and the length of your life.

After the first week - it is so damn easy. I have never looked back - only to take my larger clothes to St Vinnies op shop.

You know you can do it.

If you get time to go walking in the mornng or afternoon, then that will speed up the process by 20 %
