I've lost 8 pounds and I need to lose 8 more to be at a healthy weight. But my skin at my waist is getting ..

the skin at my waist is getting flacid. I've lost this over 5 weeks. so it's not like it happened super fast. What can I do to make the skin tighter? I'm doing situps every other day. 150 each time. but my skin looks looser then when I started to lose weight. Will my skin ajust to my new waist width? I still have 8 more pounds to lose to be at an average bmi.

start using a frming lotion like palmers or dove firming lotion-worked for me after i had a baby
Reply:Normal. Your skin has been stretched out. It will shrink back in place some, but it may take it a while to tighten, never completely. For a more cut look, do strength training (weights) and varying ab workouts to build the muscle underneath. Report It

Reply:Sit ups will not do it. You need to do more cardio, some stretches with wieghts and crucnhes three times per week to see results.

it worked for me pretty well...
