How can i loose more weigh and get tighter skin?

I am 178lbs and 5''7, ive lost 30lbs in a year, but i can't seem to loose the other 20lbs, and i also need to get toned up i really need alot of work on my arms,inner thighs and my stomach

Go to the gym and tone up. they usually have personal trainers that do not charge you and will help you with your problem areas
Reply:You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Reply:if you seriously want to lose weight dont eat for 2 days (drink water and have breakfast nothing else) and go for morning jogs and workout during the day e.g. press ups, sit ups, squats etc and you should eventually lose your weight

I am trying to lose weight myself and I found power walking very effective. Rowing and biking are another very good weight loss exercise choices. I have read that the most effective physical activities for weight reduction, involve ones that require great amounts of neuromuscular activity.
