After having my daughter 10 month ago I gained so much weight I went up to200 which was shocking to me, never in my life had i been so fat. I have started working out and so far I have lost about 40 pounds, am still going to work out and never will stop, but I am curious, after the skin streching so much from the gain weigt a nd my pregnancy is it possible to get all the extra skin back to its normal state or should i consider surgery?. though i believe my skin elasticity is quite well, meaning i would think that if the skin can get tigher my skin is able to, but is just that I had never been this fat and am just not sure how well my skin can get. can someone please help me with this topic. Please send me info, links, articles w.e you think can be of good use t o me. Thank you
How to lose weight and get the skin tighter? is this possible?
If you lose weight sensibly, like 2-3 pounds per week and do stretching exercises like yoga or pilates while you are losing the weight you should be fine. The skin tends to stay baggy when weight is lost rapidly. good luck, i'm sure you'll look great in no time at all!!!
Reply:Great post! I totally understand how you feel. I'm also trying to lose weight and I found this great product which is working for me. You can check the website at http://www.onesdirect.info , I had a free trial and paid less than 7.00$ shipping and handling. Best of luck!
Reply:as long as you lose weight healthily and don't do it too quickly, your skin will naturally go back to the way it was.
Reply:yves rocher has great stuff for that youll need to have patience and apply at least a few times a week 1-2 times a day is best
Reply:Just stay fat. Not likely you would change your habits enough to make any progress for very long.
