How can I make my skin, especially my facial skin look tighter?
Get injections of Botox or a prescription for Retin-A gel.
Reply:they have skin lightening cream from a line of products called PHILOSOPHY. i hear it works great..never tried.....now why you want to lighten your skin?
Reply:If you are talking about without a prescription and very cheap - I have heard of using preparation H for this purpose. I don't think I would recommend it as if it were to get in your eyes - it may be bad. But - in theory as it shrinks tissue, it would work. Ask someone else about it first - like maybe a nurse or doctor.
Reply:Botox!! lol, thats the only thing i know that would def. work!

Puffy, saggy under eye skin?
Alright this is kind of freaking me out....Im only 21 but I started to noticed that my under eye skin is starting to get saggy (it looks like a side curtain) and at times puffy......
Is there a problem that WILL work and help my skin get tighter and my dark circles go away???? something that WILL work...Ive tried a few things but nothing...
Puffy, saggy under eye skin?
apply vitamine E cream
Reply:Yikes! Put a couple of teaspoons in the freezer, they'll help with the puffiness. I don't know what to say, you're gonna get Rodney Dangerfield eyes. (sorry if I sound disrespectful)
Reply:freeze some normal spoons you eat with and then once they freeze then put them on your eyes until the spoons fall out . do this everry morning and night!

you must be joking! at age 21 and you already have that. humh....
anyway, i have solution for you my dear. 1st you need to sleep early not later than 12pm, which is very hard right, but no choice, that the way. 2nd, i know of someone who can solve your prob within 2 to 3 session of GuaSha face lift. Is all depends on your condition, if is not that bad all things will go within 2 session.
If you are keen , give me a call at 93874868. bye
Reply:21 is young for such a serious problem....do you eat a lot of salty foods? that causes puffiness...as for the saggy , well the under eye area is extremely delicate and the skin stretches very easily so don't rub your eyes and treat the area gently.....use a firming eye gel and get some rest.

Why The Skin of Chicken raised industrially is very loose & soft, not like Chicken raised at home in China?
I am living in Australia now.
The Chicken I bought in supermarket in Australia taste awful. Because the chicken are raised industrially in mass production, their skins very loose, soft. I feel nothing.
Chicken raised at home in China are much more delicious, their skins are tight %26amp; good for grill.
Why The Skin of Chicken raised industrially is very loose %26amp; soft, not like Chicken raised at home in China?
I think because industrially, chickens are raised in cages, making it hard to move around. Therefore, they have very little muscle, so the skin sags. Also, industrial chicken is often injected with tenderizers and water, so that makes the skin loose. Try organic chicken, you'll probably like it better.
Reply:,because of the diet mean what the chicken eat-ed, in the US also the chicken meat are soft and losse,
Reply:Because our chickens are plucked by machines instead of humans and the skin is damaged in the process

Loose skin issue ...?
Okay so I'm a young guy and im in good shape, but i have sooo much loose skin ( and ive never been fat or lost a lot of weight) . For example, my checks, arms, chest, etc. It's crazy, its funny too, but it also takes a lot away from like muscle definition and stuff.. i guess what im wondering is, is there anything that can help my skin be tighter.. i heard someone say i might have a low skin glue? or something, i don't even know. But really any help would be appreciated.
Loose skin issue ...?
Try to increase your muscle mass until your skin becomes "filled." Lift heavy, eat clean, and get enough sleep.

Reply:Hi,
I am a detox specialist and I specialize in helping people lose weight. The easiest and FASTEST way I know to lose weight is to detox.
If you would like to lose weight, I can suggest a safer or faster alternative- a detox. I myself have lost 33 pounds within 2 mths doing a detox.
My mentor also lost 15 pounds within a week doing the detox ;)
A detox is healthy because it brings balance back to your body and losing weight is just a by product of the detox. So at the end of the detox, you will find yourself get more energetic, healthier, more radiant looking as well.
Most importantly, when you lose weight via this particular detox programme, you will find that you dun run the risk of having stretch marks or those ugly looking loose skin when you lose alot of weight suddenly.
And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.
Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.
Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.
Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..
And that's it.
The rest is up to you.
So what do you think? ;)
If you are keen to find out more about my detox programme, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com.

How can you tighten belly skin, besides surgery?
My skin is full of ridges because of my stretch marks. I don't think it would be so obvious if I didn't have all the stretch marks. Also the marks would not be so noticable if I had tighter skin. Any ideas on proven ways to tighten skin? I have tryed some creams with no promising results.
How can you tighten belly skin, besides surgery?
soak in Epsom salt and apple cider vinegar it tightens the skin.

Plus wet the stomach and apply the alum, men use it on their face, try only on small area as skin test, to make sure you are not allergic to it. Then apply all over, need to let dry and do not wash off.
If it become powdery and falls off apply 2 to three time a day, in that case wash or scrub with water and a towel. and re-apply
Looks like soap bar or marble, come in many colours, pink, blue, green.......

This pilates move is the BEST- lie down on your back, arms behind your head, raise your neck off the floor. Glue legs together straight up (so you look like the letter 'L'), and lower them to a 45 degree angle- then raise them up again. Repeat 3 x's in sets of 10-12. Don't lower your legs so far that your lower back comes off the floor.
Reply:Doing a million ab exercises every day will only help your MUSCLE TONE. Oddly enough, strengthening muscles won't tighten your skin. Getting bigger muscles will help make everything look smaller, but as far as tightening belly skin, I suggest you try the homemade ideas - they can't really hurt. Unfortunately stretch marks are there to stay, but some people say creams with collagen help.
I have a little belly skin problem from 3 pregnancies, and what helped me was an overall gym program. I became very toned and although the stretch marks and skin are still there, they're not nearly as obvious as they used to be because I don't have the fat there to emphasize it. Granted, working out sucks. I hate it, but it's worth it. :)
If you are at your wit's end and change your mind on surgery, do research on a mini-tuck.

Something I've used irritated my face, its burning, itchy, swollen. What can I get to treat my skin?
My face started off as being chapped. I had been sick %26amp; had a bad migraine %26amp; layed in bed for 2 days, sweating. I believe that is what caused my face to chap (is that possible?). It started off like a wind burn. Was just a little red %26amp; felt a little like light sandpaper, to the touch. I've tried using different lotions %26amp; ointments on it. I used a few different kinds of lotions. I must've either had an allergic reaction to one of them or maybe an ingredient irritated my face (I just checked ingredients, which include alcohol, different kinds of acids %26amp; menthol). Is this what's happened? My skin is tight %26amp; is now lumped up in spots. It's irritated %26amp; sore %26amp; a little bit itchy. What can I get to treat my skin, without irritating it worse?

Try to remember what you eat. Maybe that was the reason for your migraines too. This sound like food allergy to me.Drink a lot of liquids included fresh natural juices, a Benadryl will help. But for your face, make some Chamomile tea and Wash your face gently, and instead of cream use Extra virgin olive oil. This will heal your face. After you are completely recovered, have a steam bath with chamomile tea, (make tea in a pot, and wile its steamy, cover you head with a towel). and after that make a mixture with olive oil and sugar , and gently rub your face. and rinse as usual. I do this for years, and people always compliment me for a nice complexion of my face.
Reply:If you haven't tried it any "Aveeno" product usually works wonders. I have eczema and that's what I use when I get the rashes from it. They have all sorts of things...from bath oatmeal, lotions, and cleansers. Hope it helps :)
Reply:Are you sure this isn't caused by a vrius or bacterial infection? I think you should take a Benadryl and then go to your general practitioner and try to get an answer to why you are experiencing this skin rash. He/She can give you a prescription medicated cream, possibly a steroidal cream, if you have contact dermatitis. If it caused by an infection then the treatment might require antibiotics or some other medication you won't be able to find over the counter.
Good luck!

What is the secret? Why do some people lose weight and have excess skin but Biggest Losers people do not?
So many people lose weight and have baggy/saggy skin left over, hanging off their frame. I was flicking thru channels and caught the finale. Those people lost vast amounts of weight, fast, and yet their skin was tight, no sag, no bag. How do you avoid the saggen %26amp; baggen?
What is the secret? Why do some people lose weight and have excess skin but Biggest Losers people do not?
That's because it depends on your genes and the things you consume.
When you lose weight so fast and so rapidly your body is not prepared for it.
Your body is not ready to flex back the extra skin , only when you lose weight slowly you body gets the time it needs to change to outer skin and by that prevents any apperance of "baggy" skin left over.
Hope I've helped you
Reply:Really there is no perfect solution to avoid excess skin, just as if a bodybuilder gets bigger its hard to avoid stretch marks....most of those people probably had epidermal surgery to remove excess skin... that or they are just freaks of nature! Honestly the best and healthiest way to lose weight is gradually... losing or gaining weight too quickly can have serious connotations to our health such as blood pressure and respiration etc...it's just not natural
Reply:Really the people on the biggest loser seem to lose weight quickly, but they are doing it the right way with diet and exercise. I think most commonly the excess skin comes from those who lose massive amounts of weight from like gastric bypass surgery. They are likely not working out their muscles and stuff. And some of the biggest loser people still have a little excess skin if you look - like last season I think it was julie I notices waving her arm and lots of skin flapping though she was very thin.

I am trying to lose 115lbs. Is there anyway to avoid loose skin?
I am currently quite overweight. I weigh 250 lbs. I want to lose 115pounds (going from a size 20 to basically a size 8 or 10maybe)
I'm wondering how can I lose the weight without ending up with lots of loose skin.
Are there any special excercizes in particular that I should do while losing weight that will make my skin stay tight and normal?
I am trying to lose 115lbs. Is there anyway to avoid loose skin?
Well there are ways to alleviate some of of the loose skin, but not all of it. A lot of it also has to do with where on your body was the weight added the most. That part will tend to be the one with the most loose skin.
But to keep the loose skin to a minimum it's important to not lose the weight too quickly. About 1-2 pounds a week.
Also Exercise is a must - do both aerobic excercises and weight training exercises, I would try to schedule 3 session of each a weak. Talk to a fitness expert about the right types and durations for you. Also always talk with your doctor before starting any exercise program.
And lastly to help the elasticity of your skin, drink a lot of fluids, and get into the habbit of applying lotion on a daily basis.
I hope that helps :)
Reply:If you are planning on losing that much weight, I advise you to see a nutritionist. It's much more difficult than you would think, and they are very nice and helpful.
Reply:don't lose the weight too fast, you should loose about 2 lbs a week so you dont get saggy skin, most ppl who lose this amount of weight end up getting lipo/ or something like this to remove the saggy skin and excess
Reply:I think that if you are younger, your skin will just shrink back.
But if you are older, like 20 and up, you will need to get surgery no matter what.
Reply:There's no way around it! If you loose that much weight there is going to be lots and lots of loose skin to deal with. (Plastic surgery)
thinkpin... Lipo doesn't remove loose skin, it sucks out fat cells.
Reply:keeping tone is the only way to avoid alot of loose skin. Sretches and aerobics or yoga is all good choices.
Reply:My dr. says to aim for a 2lb loss a week. That keeps your metabolism from slowing down and gives your skin time to react.
Reply:the only thing that will keep you from having loose skin is exercise. hit the gym. if you dont like the gym or you cant afford it running and walking will do it.
Reply:There is a simple way to avoid from extra skin hanging from sides and it's to do it SLOWLY
Workout slowly and never ever starve yourself !!
Remember, your body needs time to adjust to the tremendous change that you are going through.
If you won't give it the time it needs you'll find yourself with hanging skin.
So keep everything with supervision and slowly , eat well but to much , sleep well and drink water and water a lone.
Hope I've helped you.
Reply:You know...the loose skin has a way of pretty much taking care of itself. Plus you will be so busy loving your new body and all the things you can and the darling clothes you can wear ...that a little loose skin here and there...problem ??? no way!!
Get in to a basic 45 min a day walking routine. Try to get someone who is committed to weight, like you are, to be your buddy and meet you on the corner every day at a certain time.
Having a friend through this whole thing will make it SO much easier and actually fun! good luck...be prepared to loose 2-3 pounds a week after the first 15..which will come off pretty fast.
If you need a friend...I'm a good one..♥

What would be the right cleanser for my face? Any time I use any cleanser, my skin really dries out.?
I have combination skin, but any cleanser I use dries my skin out like crazy. I feel like I'm just clogging my pores and making me all oily again if I put lotion on my face afterwards. But if I don't put lotion on, my skin feels tight and starts to flake a little. Any ideas for a cleanser that would clear my skin, but not dry me out??

I use St. Ives Apricot scrubs. They actually work...your skin literally feels refreshed after washing. The products from St. Ives that I use are usually used in the shower.
You can buy these products at drug stores, Wal-Mart, etc. I thought I'd never find the right cleanser for my face but after using St. Ives I know I'll be using it again.
Reply:Dont use anything.. a friend of mine swears by just washing with cold water
Reply:My skin is like that too.. I wash with plain ol' soap.. then put FACIAL moistureizers on it (if you don't have any.. just a light lotion.. and nothing scented). It doesn't clog your pores if it's made for your face! There's a special ingredient that's supposed to block it.. ask a clinique person! haha
Reply:biore face wash are the best i'd advise you to use an oil of olay face moisturizer (wash with luke warm water always) too the uv protection kind .
Reply:I have really dry skin and use Dove gentle face wash. Get any gentle or sensitive formula cleanser. Cetaphil is great too. Find an oil free moisturizer too.
I only wash my face at night because it is so dry. When it is oily in the daytime, I just use blotting papers. This could work for you too.
Reply:dont use anything and u will turn out like a shrivvelled prune!try olay's total effects cleanser,it has exfoliating micro beads which gently cleanse your skin,i love it..i feel like i am really getting a good clean,...i follow that up with olay's regenerest enhancing lotion....they are avaliable at the supermarket and chemist's and arent too expensive....
Reply:Pure and simple.. Proactive.
Reply:Use a milky or creamy cleanser- they don't dry your skin but they don't make it oily either and as for using a moisturiser make sure that you always use one, this will keep your skin hydrated but will also balance your pH levels. When I was in high school I always thought that moisturiser would make my skin oily, but then when I started using one each day my skin because lovely and soft and it became less oily.
**Try SOTHY'S Normalizing Beauty Milk (cleanser) followed by SOTHY'S Immuniscience Fluid- this moisturiser is for very sensitive skin so therefore it is very light and is in a fluid form so it is cooling and wont leave you with a shiny look.
Email me if you would like any more ideas, tips etc.
Reply:I have bought all the cremes and lotions and anti-acne crap there is, and honestly every time I have used somthing "special" or "new" it ALWAYS make my face break out, or drier, or just feels nasty....
I use Dove face cloths, there is a little soap already in them, and they are so easy on the eyes, like baby shampoo! very nice!
and when I get out of the shower, and if my face is feeling dry (like you said tight) I put a little oil of olay (unscented *cuz if not I smell like a g-ma) and all is good!!! best of luck!
Reply:Aveda cleansing gel works great for me and I have combination skin. It cleans well but doesn't give me that dry, tight feeling afterwards. You only need a little so it lasts a long time.

I saw two children with droopy red bottom eyelids and also had dry skin allover their bodies. Contagious?
The kids looked sort of like twins about 4 years old. The boy lay down on the cold floor of the store and was sliding along trying to scratch his skin. The skin was flakey looking and the eyelids drooped down and could see the red. They both had the exact same symptoms. The skin looked tight and miserable. I was with my daughters and grandson and I want to make sure this isn't something contagious.
I saw two children with droopy red bottom eyelids and also had dry skin allover their bodies. Contagious?
Hiya, no its not contagious, my 18 year old daughter has the same, it is a chronic form of eczema which never goes away..she has to smother herself in cream up to 8 times a dayand it affects her eyes and her mouth too... Honestly your children and grandchildren are perfectly safe
Reply:It could have been exzema (sp?), it really drys out the skin and makes it look really red....and exzema is not contagious
Reply:a friend of mines little boy has this same condition it is not contagious they probably have severe cases of eczema that usually leads to skin infections this looks terrible and feels terrible to the child but it is not passed on by touching
Reply:You seem to be describing my children to a T. Most children who have allergies, have eczema and asthma as well . the red puffiness under the eye lids is a result of the seasonal allergies and the dry itchy tight skin is eczema. I deal with this problem regularly as preschools often make me take my children to prove it is just their allergies and not pink eye. the symptoms are same or similar because they are all know to be hereditary conditions. Most siblings symptoms will vary as my daughters skin is worse than my sons, but his asthma is worse than hers. his allergies are worse as well, but he is older so if these children are twins their systems may have the same reaction to the diseases. they in no way shape or form are contagious if that's what they have. and the rolling around on the floor may seem odd, but when the "itching" wont stop no matter what children as well as adults will do anything to make it stop. hope this info helps. please dint be frightened by these kids. i was one of those kids and labeled very early on because my skin was different.

Ways to relieve sunburned skin?
I am passed the initial pain of the sunburn that I received a few days ago. It is now in the peeling phase and the newly exposed skin is tight, dry and very very painful. I put Aloe on it and it burned like you wouldn't believe. Any suggestions? PLEASE!
Ways to relieve sunburned skin?
unscented lotion with NO fragrance
after some time, when you are no longer inflammed at the touch of lotion use Cocoa Butter, itll help you heal
Reply:Put ice on it, and neosporin. Burning after medicince is good, but very BAD burning may be a little too strong. In the meantime, go to the store and buy lots of sunscreen, with the highest SPF number you can find, and apply it often, especially to that spot
Reply:apply yogurt on burned part; crazy idea but trust me it works; ive done it before
Reply:aloe vera, try to get the plant and squeeze the juice out of the leaf and rub it on, you should have done this right away and you would not have suffered the pain you did.
Reply:For a fresh burn, try putting vinegar in a spray bottle and spraying it on the burn, it will relieve the sting and burn.
I am a firm believer in Noxema after a couple days, it cools, moisturizes and relieves the pain.

Can anyone recommend a good face wash for sensitive skin?
I've got sensitive skin and even washing with water tends to make my skin feel tight and dry. I was just wondering if anyone had found a good face wash which won't dry my skin? Many thanks in advance for any help...
Can anyone recommend a good face wash for sensitive skin?
There's a ton of good ones out there, here's a list of good ones to try. I have used them all with no problems.
Aveeno Ultra Calming Foaming Cleanser
Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser
CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser
Purpose Gentle Cleansing Wash
DDF Sensitive Skin Cleansing Gel
Clinique Liquid Face Soap
Reply:Olay Foaming Face Wash, Sensitive skin
Reply:Any Avon or Olay facewash for sensitive skin should do the trick!
Reply:I use ponds it very mild and i love it i use the make up reamover as well it works great and its not too costly
Reply:Neutrogena products-face wash or soap is mild!
Reply:put olive oil on your face an hour before you want to wash it
Reply:Arbonne's skin regimes are great as they are pure and natural and self adjust to all skin types -
most especially dry skin. It's not cheap though. But worth every dime.
Try to stick to pure and natural products -
Reply:I've got the same problem, and I use Aveeno Foaming face wash..its fragrance free, and safe to use.
I follow up with Estee Lauder's Illusionist . It is a "miracle worker" that takes my skin and makes it feel soft, and evens out my tone.
You could also try Cetaphil but, I have and didn't like it.
Reply:try dove because its supposed to be for ppl w/ sensitive skin
Reply:cetaphil or anything by eucirin...aveeno is good too.

Oily yet somewhat dry skin?
my skin feels tight and dry after i wash it but after 30 mins or so later it starts to get really really oily and shiny.. its mostly my t-zone tats oily and shiny and some parts of my cheeks have some dry patches. do anyone know a treatment for this?
Oily yet somewhat dry skin?
Classic case of combination skin, with an oily t-zone. You need an acne treatment with salycilic acid to dot on your nose, chin, and possibly forehead. Then you need a good oil-free or oil-absorbing moisturizer. Try Clean and Clear products. Their stuff is good for combination skin.
Reply:Dry skin problems respond well to self-care measures, such as using moisturizers and avoiding long, hot showers and baths. If you have very dry and scaly skin, your doctor may recommend you use an all-natural cream that contains natural oils that gives soothing and glowing results.
In a more serious skin disease, such as ichthyosis or psoriasis, your doctor may prescribe prescription creams and ointments or other treatments in addition to home care.
Dry skin leads to dermatitis, which causes red, itchy skin. In these cases, treatment may include lotions with natural-oil ingredients. If your skin cracks open, your doctor may prescribe wet dressings with mildly astringent properties to contract your skin and reduce secretions and prevent infection.
I believe http://www.skinsosilky.com/ will help you best for more advices, ideas and best treatments for any skin problem like dry skin.

Make up and red patches +dry skin?
does any one know any good products that will cover my red patches on ma chin, cheeks and nose?
i want it to look natural though
i usaly cleance tone and moisturise in the morning and just use a powder befor i go out, but after a while my skin will get redder after being active (walking about) and my skin feels tight
Make up and red patches +dry skin?
First of all, you could be damaging your skin by cleansing it too much. If it gets too clean it could dry it out and cause the irritations. What kind of products do you use? They could also be the cause. I sell avon, and no I'm not trying to get a sale lol, but I had the same problems. I use their 2 in 1 cleanser (retroactive) and I love it. I only use it at night and I moisturize in the morning. Neutrogena also has very good products for delicate skin. Don't scrub your face either. Wash with tepid water and only use your hands.
Just to be on the safe side though, I would check with a dermatologist to make sure it's not a skin condition like eczema (sp?) or something like that if nothing else works.
Hope this helps some :)
Reply:Sounds like you might have a skin condition with the red patches. See a dermatologist for that.
In the meantime, buy a tinted moisturizer. Gives a very natural sheer coverage and will help the tight feeling of dryness.

My face cleaner burned my skin. What can I do?
I use Clean and Clean Advantage Acne wash. I've been using it for over two months, and it's been slightly affective in getting rid of zits. It sometimes makes my skin feel tight, like those face cleaners do, but I figured that was okay. I then used it today, and it was hurting my skin. So I quickly washed it off, and it has burned my face!! I suppose it's not too bad, but my face hurts, and it's really red. And today at school was awful! I have to go to school tomorrow, and I was wondering if there is anything I can do to try to at least get rid of the redness in one evening so that tomorrow at school I don't look like a tomato!! And yes, I discontinuted use of this product! Any help is very, very, very, very much appreciated!!

Cool washcloths on your face and a trip to the doctors...;
Reply:Immediately stop using that product and go and see your dermatologist. She/he should be able to recommend a product more suitable to your skin type.
If you are trying to fight acne, try changing your diet:
Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water per day, decrease or cut out all fried/greasy foods, exercise daily, eat more green veggies.
You should see some improvement with diet change and exercise.
Talk to your mom and get her to take you to see a dermatologist.
Reply:change your face wash....
Reply:Contact the company and let them know what happened to you. Then go see a pharmacist and ask him what you should try but ask him first. The pharmacist may tell you to go see a skin doctor.
Reply:When I worked at the dermatologist a lot of the topical products caused this but the dermatologist always advised to use product every other day when this occured and sometimes twice weekly biulding up slowly but not to dicontinue use as this was a sign it was working.
Reply:Try putting aloe on your face to relieve the burn.Dont use any oily products because that will hold the heat in.

Dry skin from Using Proactive Pllllllllllz Help!!!!!!!!?
I have been using it for 2 1/2 weeks, and its somewhat a little clear the fisrt cpl days,But its been leaving my skin feeling tight, and somewhat Dry,and i have been braking out on the side of my right cheek. Will it get worse before it gets better?.Plz help.I dont know if i should continue using it,or what else can i use.I have a little bitof acne that i get on that time of the month, but they are so hard to get rid of.What should i do.darn it..lol.i hear it like this for the first month..it has to get worse before it gets better.is this true.Or is it just going to keep making things worse.
Dry skin from Using Proactive Pllllllllllz Help!!!!!!!!?
Stop using Pro-active immediately. It doesn't work for everyone and it is certainly not working for you. Go to your doctor and they will prescribe you with antibiotics, either pills or a gel to apply dependeing on how bad it is. This is the only way to get rid of acne forever without damaging your skin.
I really don't understand why there is a market for this sort of thing when the solution is so easy...
Reply:I suggest you eat some maccoroni
Reply:make sure u r using the lotion too
Reply:I just had a professional consulatation a few weeks ago and was told that it is one of the worst things you can use on your face for multiple reasons. It will continue to dry your face out if you keep using it and you will age quicker. As far as the acne goes, Merle Norman has a product that they have used for decades on breakouts. It is a pink gel that you put on your face with a brush and let sit for about 20 minutes. It smells like bathroom cleaner but wow does it work. Last week I had 4 spots on my face and used it. I now have NONE! I can't remember the exact name of it, but if you go to a Merle Norman store and ask, they should be able to tell you. Start putting moisturizer on your face now.
Reply:you medical lotion that usually says "for severe dry skin" on it.
Reply:i have been using Proactive since I saw it in the commercial on TV.Yes at first you feel the changes and tightness. It depends upon the reaction of your skin to the chemicals.
But then again, if you are trying to clarify your skin or want to remove acnes do not spend much money for expensive products.
Try to consult to a dermatologist: I have consulted already and she gave me an antibiotic lotion and a AHA soap that can help. It really works... if your have sensitive skin, you must not make experiment to beauty products it would ruin your face. Clindamycin and AHA soap are the best...you can buy it exclusively to a registered dermatologist to his/her clinic.
Reply:Proactive was horrible to my skin so was Neutrogena %26amp; Arbonne's skin care line. They all have the same ingredient Salicylic Acid. I'm reseaching cures through diet. Stop using the product it won't get better. I've used about a half a dozen different ones with the same ingredients.

Why do my fingers feel tight?
my fingers feel as if they are swollen and the skin feels tight.the most obvious cause would be athritis but ive had blood tests which have shown up negative.any ideas
Why do my fingers feel tight?
You could be retaining fluids. Cut down on salt and increase your water intake. Have you had your blood pressure taken recently? Retaining fluids can cause a minor increase in BP as well.
I don't think it is the gout as that is very painful.
Reply:Go and check up your heart %26amp; B.P.as well as blood sugar level, better if do a scanning of body.
Reply:you could be holding water try some water pills

I want semi-tight jeans, but still my size?
Ok heres what I want. I want jeans that are 36 waist, but the leggings kinda hug my legs, not super skin spandex tight, but I want them hugging my legs if that makes sense.
is there a name for these types of jeans?
I want semi-tight jeans, but still my size?
i have thick thighs and calfs so baby phat and jeans like that work for me!!
Reply:stretch jeans
Reply:There are cigarette/skinny jeans. These jeans have a slim leg right to the ankle. They don't suit every figure, be warned, because they show off absolutely ever curve, good or bad, but you can certainly wear them if you want to.
Then there are the more flattering flare or boot cut. They hug the leg like the cigarette but they flare a little at the ankle. They are more universally flattering on different body types.
Somewhere in the middle is the straight leg jean. There is no visible flare to the leg but they don't hug the ankle as drastically as the cigarette pant. So they're a little more forgiving.
These jeans all tend to hug.

How to get rid of extra penis skin?
I have been doing a jelq exercise. It cause the skin to stretch and even when erect the skin isn't tight anymore. It also doesn't feel as hard. Is it a way I can get skin back tight again. Would wearing a ring help?
How to get rid of extra penis skin?
Try pulling skin back frequently daily, and yes ring will also help.
Reply:Sounds like you need a trim.
Maybe you should contact an Urologist, and see if they offer trimming of the foreskin. Or maybe you need a circumcision.
Good luck.
Reply:get circumcision done.
Reply:If you can still have sex, masturbate and have an orgasm, I don't know how this would be a problem, but my first bit of advice for you would be to stop doing silly penis excercises. Then you won't have to worry about deforming your privates. The only way to get rid of skin (on any part of your body) is to cut it off. If you want to get circumcised, that would be about your only option. But I would reccomend against that procedure, especially if you've already been circumcised before. Ouch!
Is this a serious question?
Reply:It could be you've damaged the capillaries. Jelqing won't produce an increase in length, but it can damage the erectile tissue making your erections less intense.
As you've found, you can stretch the skin on the shaft. Many men do this deliberately to re-create a foreskin.
Reply:The only way is circumcision, or re-circumcision if you are already circumcised. Certainly it is better that the shaftskin is stretched tightly when erect.

Good cleanser for my skin type (oily/combo skin)??
how my skin is:
-i get whiteheads.
-i have pimple scars.
-my skin gets tight after i wash my face.
-my skin is a bit rough in between my eyebrows%26amp; eyes.
i want a cleanser that smells good, clears %26amp; cleans my face %26amp; isnt harsh or rough on my skin.
Good cleanser for my skin type (oily/combo skin)??
I would suggest a 3 step kit of any sort! Like Proactive, AcneFree and Clinque!
Good luck wish you the best!
Reply:I think then you must try "QE+I" paris. it is an antiseptic cleaner for purifying and revitalizing. i hope you can get it ion the market in your area. Good luck
Reply:I use Clean %26amp; Clear with the micro-beads. It works really well for me. You'll need to get a facial moisturizer as well. Neutrogena has a good lotion.
Reply:biore or clean n clear
Reply:over the counter stuff can really dehydrate your skin (tight feeling). that sodium Laural sulfate is the foaming agent in face wash that is hard on your skin. another reason you could be breaking out so bad is the dehydration, your skin needs to be lubricated but since it can't make water it will make more oil to compensate. try the Special Cleansing Gel by Dermalogica. it foams but uses a natural foaming tree botanical that will not dry you out. I have been using it myself for 13 years and I love it. that line is natural and effective, developed for professional skin care.

My skin gets blackheads and sometimes pimples, but cleansers dry it out too much?
My skin has cleared since being on the pill and since I've been working out and eating healthier.
I normally use Neutrogena Oil-free Acne Wash 2.0% salictic acid/beta-hydroxy acid.
Lately I find that it's been making my skin feel tight, and is drying it out near my eyebrows and near my mouth.
Is there any product that would help keep my skin clear, and not dry out my skin?
Thanks.
My skin gets blackheads and sometimes pimples, but cleansers dry it out too much?
don't use it near your eyebrows or mouth.
or use clearasil blackhead formula
after a neutrogena cleanser without the salicitic acid.
Reply:Use the cleanser and once you have cleaned your face apply some moisturizer.
Reply:Um, why don't you try Dove Moisturizing and Relaxing Face Wash w/ Tea Extracts and Cucumber, St. Ivers Apricot Scrub, Aveeno Daily Scrub, or Clean %26amp; Clear Daily Wash for a change.
Ah yes, we are all obsessed with our skin.
Reply:Buy a jar of Noxzema %26amp; wash your face with that, using a wash cloth %26amp; warm water. Rinse well, then splash on some cool water. Blot well, then apply a little Noxzema to the problem areas. Give the Noxzema a chance to work. I used it all through high school %26amp; rarely ever had a pimple. Now, many years later, I still wash my face with it. My skin is smooth %26amp; it feels really clean after washing with it. You can get a jar of it much cheaper at Dollar General.
Reply:sounds like you need to use a cleansing milk , its not as harsh on the skin , but you also need to tone and moisturise , try rose water for toner its kind to skin , there's lots of different products on the market , also would recommend going for regular facials ( try your local collage , its dead cheap and still professional ) and lastly don't forget your sunscreen .
Reply:use Purpose Gentle Cleansing Wash, proven to be as gentle as water...it wont dry your skin out but in case it does get the Purpose Moistureizer
Reply:An ideal mask that extracts dirt and oil from clogged pores can be made by using orange peel and yogurt. It also opens up the clogged pores that cause acne and blackheads.Clay masks used regularly helps pull out trapped oil and dead skin.Check out http://useinfo-blackhead.blogspot.com/ for more useful tips to control blackheads.

Teenge wid dry skin...for a cleanser?
alright, i have dry skin *if i don't mosturize* and its NOT flaky but the skin feels tight after i use neutrogena foaming cleanser(before putting mosturizer)
so i'm getting v.small bumps (NOT red)...they are not huge at all..but..i'm wondering what it is.
i use st.ives scrub(may be the apricot granules are creating the bumps)
anywayz i just wanted to know a good cleanser and scrub for tight dry sking(not flaky) and i want my skin to be clear.
*i don't have acne*
by the way...for the cleanser ur recommending...could you possibly find a one that doesn't wash my face oils away (that's what neutrogena did)
thnks!
Teenge wid dry skin...for a cleanser?
Stop using the Neutrogena foaming cleanser. A foaming cleanser tends to dry out the skin. Find one that is gel based instead or a creamier texture that is still oil-free.
I find St. Ives scrub to be to harsh for the skin, the granules are to big and all it does is strip the skin of its natural oils.
I recommend either Aveeno or Biore pores line. Aveeno products are gentle and Biore helps clean deep down into the pores.
Reply:well st. ives isnt good because it lays down a layer of wax on your skin and causes your pores to be blocked...which can cause pimples (which you dont have) or bumps. I would recommend using dermalogica, they have face washes for all kinds of skin. If you go to a beauty supply store, ask the sales lady or man, and they can help u! They also have other face washes such as Murad, but thats a bit pricey. (dermalogica isnt cheap, but at least ur skin will feel nice, and look nice) Also, try getting a facial once in a while to help clean out your pores. Hope that helps!
Reply:Neutrogena is very harsh for people who don't have acne. St.Ives created bumps for me so try stopping that for a while.

I do'nt use to much other either so my face doesn't flake but the moisterizer does peel imperfections on your face but it's not noticeable unless you really stick your face in the mirror lol.

Cetaphil found at drugstore, you can thank me when it works. Very gentle, my uncle recommended it to me (he's an m.d)
Reply:Invest a little on your face hun and try the Clinique 3-step for dry skin. You're worth it!

Have you had a doctor look at your skin for alaergys, I would do that first. It might be as simple as stop drinking milk.

Hi i got married recently, my husban said he has fore skin so he has to go for operation before intercourse.?
now he started participating in sex without operation...but he will leake very soon the max strokes he will give are say 4 to 5....why is this? is this because of tight skin on his Penile or some thing else?
Hi i got married recently, my husban said he has fore skin so he has to go for operation before intercourse.?
It shouldn't be because of his foreskin, a study found that both men last about 6 minutes on average (comparing those with foreskin and those without).

Reply:Your talk let me realize you know few about sex and (male) sexual organs mainly! Foreskin isn't an illness or something to cut at any cost while ejaculation (or early ejaculation) gets nothing to do with foreskin. Foreskin is a normal part of the penis and is cut (circumcision) in two cases only : - for religious reasons - and - in case it isn't working properly (Phimosis) because too tight. The duration of the sexual intercourse is a peculiar characteristic (even by genetic factors) due to some issue, mind, psychological, personal stamina, etc. Evidently, with or without operation your husband is able to have sex (though short and unsatisfying)and while you should known the real reason why he intends to be circumcised, for the "early ejaculation"... sorry... there isn't effective way to solve it.
Reply:Your husband do not have sufficient knowledge in sexual education. Operation to remove the foreskin is just for to increase the sensitivity of the penis. It will not increase the stamina of giving strokes. Without getting circumstanted 90% of men enjoying healthy sex.
Operation doen't give you better solution. I think your husband has masturbation habit before marriage.
Your husband have to follow stop-and-do technique for to increase the stroke ability. Or he have to take medicines to get cure.

There are Skin expansion methods to stretch the skin if that is the problem. have included a site-it does work and is permanant. BUT do not cut-it will be regretted.

Something natural for skin?
is there anything completely natural i can use on my skin for strong, bright, and tight skin?
Something natural for skin?
avoid tanning and smoking..
a whipped up egg yolk left on the face for ten minutes is a natural moisture mask.. doing the same with an egg white naturally lightens and tightens the face..
honey alone as a mask works very well also.. leave it on for twenty minutes..
one thing i do as an exfoliate is i scrub my face with an electric toothbrush.. it's sounds kinda weird but it works.. it really cleans out your pores and removes dead skin, oil and dirt.. you can use any scrub ya like.. i like to use st. ives.. and i do it about three times a week..
only wash your face when you wake up in the morning, before you go to bed, and after exercise.. excess washing makes your face produce extra oil..
warm water opens pores and cold closes them.. so wash with warm and rinse with cold..
and watch the make up you use.. a mineral make up is much better for your skin.. it doesn't clog your pores or cause break outs.. i recommend bare minerals..
and get a good toner and moisturizer with spf.. i use the garnier nutritioniste moisturizer.. and lemon juice is a good toner.. the vitamin c in it brightens your skin..
drink lots of water.. eat healthy.. and take vitamin e, vitamin c, zinc and b vitamins..

Reply:Clearasil for cleaning, and bare minerals is VERY good :) things that arent oil-based and always but on a moisturizer like aquafor or vasline on dry patches of your face
Reply:Lemon juice is great for pores wrinkles acne acne scars freckles and tightening skin vitamin c which is obviouslty in lemons is a natural skin brightener and its great for your skin i love it plus it smells good i apply once daily with a cotton ball
I would apply a moisturizer afterwards though my skin gets a little to tight and the high levels of absorbic acid can cause dryness
A new moisturizing mask i came up with myself is
1/4 C oatmeal cook with 1/3 c water
i slice cucumber
1 tb honey
1 tb plain yogurt
1 tb coconut oil ( this stuff is the best i just started using it i put it everywhere it smells good and its great for your skin!!
Blend together in blender store in fridge apply to face for 20 min rinse with warm water i use it daily and i dont even need mouisturizers anymore
For more info on coconut oil go herehttp://www.coconut-connections.com/skin_...
Something natural for skin?
avoid tanning and smoking..
a whipped up egg yolk left on the face for ten minutes is a natural moisture mask.. doing the same with an egg white naturally lightens and tightens the face..
honey alone as a mask works very well also.. leave it on for twenty minutes..
one thing i do as an exfoliate is i scrub my face with an electric toothbrush.. it's sounds kinda weird but it works.. it really cleans out your pores and removes dead skin, oil and dirt.. you can use any scrub ya like.. i like to use st. ives.. and i do it about three times a week..
only wash your face when you wake up in the morning, before you go to bed, and after exercise.. excess washing makes your face produce extra oil..
warm water opens pores and cold closes them.. so wash with warm and rinse with cold..
and watch the make up you use.. a mineral make up is much better for your skin.. it doesn't clog your pores or cause break outs.. i recommend bare minerals..
and get a good toner and moisturizer with spf.. i use the garnier nutritioniste moisturizer.. and lemon juice is a good toner.. the vitamin c in it brightens your skin..
drink lots of water.. eat healthy.. and take vitamin e, vitamin c, zinc and b vitamins..
hope this helps..

Sensitive dry skin?
I love going to bath and body works. If anyone out there knows of a good facial cream for dry sensitive skin from that store, please let me know. I'm not looking for anything feminine. I just need something that will help me get rid of my dry tight skin.
Sensitive dry skin?
Dry skin types have to be extremely careful to protect their skin.Yogurt-honey combination helps dry skin. Make an egg pack with a yolk, a teaspoon of honey, a tablespoon of milk powder. This is beneficial to dry skin types. There are many helpful tips to cure dry skin at http://useinfo-dryskin.blogspot.com/
Reply:With your skin type If I were you I wouldn't get anything from there all of there products seem to be scented and that only will irritate skin like yours. Try Johnson and Johnson's Purpose oil-free moisturizer or Cetaphil Creme you can find them at any drug store or department store like Walmart.
I have eczema so I can relate to your skin and when it gets colder outside I can't even look at stuff with a scent lol. If I put scented lotions or high chemical lotions on my skin gets tight, itchy and it darkens. I know that stuff in Bath an Body smells good but trust me it's not worth the break out and itchy skin.

they have great products...for sensitive dry skin the best thing is if you buy something which is not scented artificially..either because it is made from the ingredients or else no specif smell
for example E45 or vasiline intensive care are quite good..cheap products bdw are not worth it because they are often made of cheap products which are fake and if u have sensitive skin it could give u a rash or even a bad reaction.
Reply:Skin problems like dry skin respond well to self-care measures, such as using moisturizers and avoiding long, hot showers and baths.
Pale Skin, Pale Eyes = Light or Dark Hair ?
I'm nearly 31 but look young for my age, no lines or wrinkles, tight skin.
My hair is shoulder length with bangs.
I went grey at 21 and dye my hair strawberry blond.
So tired of it though.....
Which is more flattering light or dark hair ?
And what shade would be best to make my eyes pop and my skin look porcelain and not washed out ?
Pale Skin, Pale Eyes = Light or Dark Hair ?
Black hair looks great on really light skin, not so sure about a lighter hair-shade though, guess it depends on the colour.
Reply:Uh... Black!

Reply:stay with the red tones u would probally look great with a light reddish aburn
Reply:Well, I am pale myself with natural strawberry blonde hair. Normally I dye my hair a dark red color but I have also done like a darkish brown that faded out a little bit. I got compliments on both, but it takes awhile to get used to. I wouldn't go black unless you want to go for the goth look...and blonde...just seems like a terrible idea. It would probably clash with your light skin bad. I would probably go for some shade of brown...if you're not sure try a semi-permanent color first and then go to permanent if you've found a color that you really like.
hmm as for a shade to make your eyes pop...I normally just do champange and charcoal on the corners of my eyes from cover girl. Makes my blue eyes stick out a bit.
Reply:don't do dark hair because you have pale skin, it will only make you look paler and more flushed .. go for a coffee brown .. it will look great

Skin elasticity?
After you have lost a lot of weight, your skin becomes loose and the flab looks very ugly. Is there any way to bring the skin to same stretched condition without going through an operation or using skin firming creams? By the way, do these skin firming creams/lotions/foams work ? Are there any exercises which can help you get get a tight skin?

A LITTLE ABOUT SHEA
Shea Butter (Karite)
Shea butter comes from Africa and is found along the West African Savannah region. Karite takes about 40 to 50 years to mature. It is an amazing skin-soothing agent for makers of soap, particularly when blended with lather-generating coconut oil. Shea butter helps increase local capillary circulation, which in turn increases tissue re-oxygenation and improves the elimination of metabolic waste products.Adds elasticity to the skin in such cases as stretch marks, new scars.

Reply:Don't go on a crash diet. Losing the weight gradually should help. Use lotions regularly. Try skin brushing. It's supposed to help.
Reply:Unfortunately, if you lost massive weight over time, there isn't much you can do with the flab. Exercise won't tighten your skin up, and skin firming creams can't cut away your extra skin. The only way to fix that is to get it tuck. I don't know how much flab you have though. If it's just a little bit of flab then that should go away in time.

WHAT PRODUCTS CAN for under eye puffiness and dull skin, what is a good skin tighter?
Tea bags are a good natural under eye tightener. Just get them damp with warm water and place under eyes. Any will work, but caffinated will work best, black teas are usually caffinated.
Reply:The dull skin can be corrected by using a good exfoliant once a week. For the puffiness, a good quality eye cream that contains chamomile will help. Also, chamomile tea bags as an eye compress will help a lot. Get two chamomile tea bags, hold them under running hot water for a minute, then chill in the fridge. Lie down and place them on your eyelids for about ten minutes, then follow with an eye cream containing chamomile. YvesRocher.com has a good one.
Reply:For natural remedy for puffiness cucumber is good, tea bags too. For lotions and potions, Clinique All About Eyes is good and Benefit have some great stuff, think it is called Ooo La Lift. For dull skin you can not beat L'oreal microdermabrasion kit, called Refinish. Not sure if you are in the US or the UK. I am in the UK. It is fantastic. Since I have started using it, soooo many people are like Oh your skin looks amazing (someone even asked if I was pregnant coz I have such a glow now!) Hope this helps

How can you make your skin tighter after liposuction?
Lots of excercise and weight lifting, if that doesnt work the only thing that might help would be surgery. It really depends how much weight you have lost and how badly the skin was stretched.

What foods make your skin tighter?
Well, I've never heard of foods that make your skin tighter, but I know for a fact that exercising tightens your skin. Work out.
What foods make your skin tighter?
foods that contain antioxidants
ie strawberries, citrus, pineapples...
google a list...
Reply:chiken, rostbeef, pizza, patatoz, mcdonalds, ooo n a bunch ov luv
Reply:I'm not sure about it making your skin tighter, but I know Acai, a fruit from Brazil, is considered to be a "super food" that makes your skin look great. Avocado is also healthy for your skin.
My mom was reading this book last yr called "The Perricone Prescription" that recommended eating a little salmon every day because it's anti-inflammatory and gives you a more youthful appearance. I didn't try it myself, but I can you that my mom looked stunning after following it for a few weeks; her skin was like translucent and more taut.
Good luck! : )

I'm not 100% sure what you are asking, but.... I'm 6 weeks pregnant, and I feel no tightness, hardness, or any sort of bump yet. I know that all women vary, but I have none of those with my stomach. (and I'm a small person, 5'1", approx 115lbs)

start using a frming lotion like palmers or dove firming lotion-worked for me after i had a baby
Reply:Normal. Your skin has been stretched out. It will shrink back in place some, but it may take it a while to tighten, never completely. For a more cut look, do strength training (weights) and varying ab workouts to build the muscle underneath. Report It

Brittany is correct to an extent. Your skin is alive, and it will adjust to changes in your body weight. 16 pounds is not a lot of weight to lose, so your skin will adjust, though in certain parts of the body you might still have stretch marks.
In rare cases, the skin will be flaccid for good. You can have minor cosmetic surgery to correct this problem, but that should be a last resort.
Give yourself at least six months of fitness training, healthy eating and vitamin E supplements before considering surgery.
Good luck.

Good luck.

Reply:I had a friend who lost over 60 lbs, and she didn't seem to have this problem. Right from the beginning I know she did a lot of resistance training, and she used to drink water all the time. I don't know her eating habits, but I think good nutrition (vitamin A, vitamin E) might help.

the skin at my waist is getting flacid. I've lost this over 5 weeks. so it's not like it happened super fast. What can I do to make the skin tighter? I'm doing situps every other day. 150 each time. but my skin looks looser then when I started to lose weight. Will my skin ajust to my new waist width? I still have 8 more pounds to lose to be at an average bmi.

You might need to try some different exercises to try to tone that area. Or maybe it just takes time to show. Good luck.

Loose skin on the neck question...?
Tks, to those who posted an answer. The problem is, as also with many of the celebrities we see too, they were never over-weight...
Skinny people actually seem to have the loose skin more, and over-weight people have the double-chins.
Wouldn't be great if there was something out there that could just shrink-wrap the skin tighter - even just temporarily?
Loose skin on the neck question...?
Some plastic surgery could help..like a neck lift.

I want my skin to be alot tighter - what can I do?
Well, I'm only 16. I have an oval-shaped face, so this should be feasable without plastic surgery! My cheeks are chubby though, there's a bit of fat on my chin and various areas I'd like to be gone. Basically, I just want a better defined face. I haven't been eating very healthy in the past. I wouldn't say I'm very fat, just a tiny bit overweight. However, this Monday, I decided to follow a diet and I exercise around 1 hour per day, every day. Is this enough to make my skin (especially facial skin...) alot tighter? Give me some extra tips if you've got any! Thanks!
I want my skin to be alot tighter - what can I do?
you can try skin tightenong creams or some sort of wrinkle free creams to pull your skin tighter.
Reply:it won't make your skin tighter just make your face and overal body look thinner because you'll lose weight.
Reply:One thing thatll help, and I aint joking when I say this. Is to have a lot of sex. It is much funner than exercising, and gives you a chance to rid your body of all those nasty toxins. Me and my girlfriend have sex nearly every night, I used to be 175, and she was about 190, she wasnt fat, just thick, with some big *** titties lol. Anyhow, Im down to 150, and she is around 170, and this is after about a month. And we eat the same too. French fries, Steak, and everything else!! Not like a whole lot of it tho. But we eat that stuff.
Reply:You are definitely too young for any plastic surgery. If you eat right and exercise your face will show it. At 16 your facial features may not be fully developed and you may actually still have some "baby fat" which does go away.
There are facial exercises to keep facial muscles toned that you can do.
Tilt your head back and extend you lower jaw forward and back. Repeat this 20 times every day.
Open your mouth very wide and close it forming a pucker. Do this 20 times a day.
Anything that exercises your facial muscles will keep them toned.
Drinking water will keep your complexion clear. Your skin is actually the largest organ on the human body. Just like you drink water to flush out your kidneys of impurities you will flush the bad stuff out of your pores as well.
Cleanse and moisturize your skin to keep it soft and supple. Not too much or too heavy of a moisturizer though bcz your skin has to breathe and too thick a lotion can clog pores causing breakouts.
Hope these tips help.

I have really lose skin around my belly from where i had c section they cut though my muscle how to tight it?
there is a way.... send an email address and I will send you a program on how to do that
I have really lose skin around my belly from where i had c section they cut though my muscle how to tight it?
All you can really do is tighten the muscles under the skin. The skin will never really tighten up. I've had 2 c-sections and a myomectomy. Three cuts in the same area...I've got what I call the "ledge". I've been able to tighten things up underneath, but the skin has always had more jiggle than I would like.
Reply:I don't think any amount of workouts will ever lose that flab, it's stretched skin and it just doesn't bounce back (like some trainers who have never had any seem to think). You could always tighten the muscles around it but I don't believe it ever goes away, unless you try surgery.
Reply:Hi I also had 2 c-sections and I work out for years and am in pretty good shape overall but was very unhappy with my lower flap of my stomach and no matter how many sit ups I do or did it doesn't and didn't help. So I went to a plastic surgeon and got a tummy tuck and WOW it looks great, I no longer have that pouch my stomach is nice and flat and the best thing is that the doctor used my old c-section scar and a lot of my stretch marks were removed in the process. I totally recommend it, just make sure you do a lot of research and find a good board certified surgeon. Good luck I hope It helps!

sounds like you are one of the RARE cases of needing to have your foreskin looked at by a doctor.
note i have not yet said circumcised, hold ure horses pple.
routine cutting off of the foreskins of infants is a travesty as dastardly as female infant genital mutilation.
it is even worse that these poor baby boys' foreskins, after being stolen with such pain caused to the babies, are being sold to biomedical companies who make a killing off selling skin repair products they make using them.
mate, all these babies having their penises mutilated routinely are supposed to be so people like you don't end up with a problem. you are one in a million though, so why the hell do they do it routinely i don't know.
anyway, be interesting to see what you do. check out a doctor but try to avoid being conned straight away into cutting off ure foreskin, because a multibillion dollar industry thrives off them, and they have no care for the pain and loss perpetrated on the rightful owners of those foreskins.

Sounds like you need to make an appointment with your doctor. I'm sure you don't want to flop it out there, but you need a doctor to look at it. If the foreskin is too tight, he might show you ways to slowly pull it back and help it stretch, or it might need to be cut a bit so it slides easier. Either way, if its causing you pain, ignoring the problem won't help any.
Reply:see a doctor he can take care of that in his office, in 15 min.

Reply:Well I hope your wearing your condom because it's those cuts that make it easier to get infected with some major ST D'S and some life threaten disease that's simple said with three letters can you guess what disease that is?????

Does Tae Bo work? Can I lose some extra fat on my face, and have tighter skin? And more defined features?
I'm planning to do Tae Bo Advance for 45 minutes, 7 times a week. If I maintain a healthy diet, avoid all bad foods, can I see improvement in my facial features? Will my skin become tighter? That is my goal!
Does Tae Bo work? Can I lose some extra fat on my face, and have tighter skin? And more defined features?
That should work
Reply:Yes, Tae Bo works. I ave the videos and while I don't do them 7 days a week the amount that I do do has provided good results.
Reply:There is no such thing as spot reduction-especially on your face. If you have a lot of FAT on your face (and other places) your face would slim down with the rest of your body.....but not more defined features or tighter skin there.
Reply:I've been in the fitness buisness 20 years, and I even do Tae Bo everymorning.

my question get a bigger size or are sweaters these days suppose to be skin tight ?

there sopopsted to be skin tight
but if you feel uncomfortable then don't zip up the jacket all the way just to right under your bust and it will look great, unless they are like popping out then i say don't get a bigger size
(sorry i'm horrible at spelling)
:)
Reply:Well I tryed on a sweat shirt at forever21 and everything else I had to get in an extra small, but that was so uncomfortable, I had to get a large! And it's not like an Xsmall is skin tight on me! It fits perfectly. Idk what up with it. Girls at my school like the whole 'this is the same hoodie i wore in 2nd grade thing.' Freaks....
Reply:I'd say try a bigger size.
Reply:fitted clothing, whatever it is, sweater, shirt, etc. will make you look thinner than wearing something baggy. I think fit on most clothing has become more "fitted' than in the past. You can tell when a size is too small and you need to go up a size. I usually bring two sizes with me to fitting room and try them both on. Watch the shoulders and where the seam hits you. It should fall right at the edge of your shoulder. I am 38C/D and I usually go between large and XL depending on who the clothing is from. But normally wear a L most of the time.

If some one has tight forskins of pains what to do ? can he cut extra skin on his own ? is it safe ?
Whatever you do, do NOT try to cut it off yourself as that'll only make things a lot worse and painful. If the foreskin must be removed, you should see a urologist about it. But there are many treatments for a tight foreskin, and most of them do not involve cutting.
If you haven't, the first thing you should try are stretching exercises. Link 1 has good and detailed instructions. Basically just do those exercises for a few minutes each day for a few weeks to a month, preferrably right after a shower/bath when the foreskin's most flexible.
If after a month and that doesn't seem to work, ask a doctor about certain creams. In one study, these creams are the most cost-effective treatment a doctor can provide (link 2). Know that the creams may also take up to a month to get the full effect, but it can be sped along a little by combining them with the stretching exercises.
If that also doesn't work, then surgery should definitely be considered. But even then, you don't need to get the foreskin removed (as in a circumcision). There are operations that are cheaper, less painful, have a quicker recovery time, and remove little/no foreskin (link 3). In any case, any cutting should be considered a last resort.
Look at the remaining links for more info, and I hope you don't try to cut it off just yet (and especially not by yourself).

Some may say that circumcision will fix it, but circumcision's risks include reduction in sensitivity and pleasure, and making masturbation more difficult according to studies (including a few new ones from a few months ago). Oddly enough that's how it was promoted in the USA since masturbation was bad, haha. There's a reason why the USA is the last remaining advanced nation still doing it, and even so, it's getting a lot less popular (it's now as low as 14% in some states). Save that as a last resort, as you're doing.
http://forums.govteen.com/showpost.php?p...
I was the same when I was younger, and now it slides fine with no problems whatsoever. Just pull back your foreskin when you shower the most you can without forcing it, and rub the head. That should encourage it to separate from the head. This is probably all you have to do, since this is common especially with teens. You just haven't 'used' it enough, as in masturbation and washing it. The same goes for sensitivity; the more your rub it the less sensitive it'll get (start using water when you shower then rub a little more each day).
And if its rather tight, you can get a cream that works in almost 95% of cases. It's 0.05% betamethasone or betamethasone dipropionate. And unlike circumcision it is very cheap ($12 in the USA), painless, and you don't risk decreasing sensitivity/pleasure and making masturbation more difficult.
