I what my skin to look better I just joined a gym yesterday so I am trying to stay fit I am not fat I want my arms to get tighter and my lags to get tighter. I have to go back to school in three days what so I eat to make my skin look better then ti is.
What do you eat to make your skin look good?
Veggies, and lots of them. Also get yourself some emu oil to rub on skin. This helps keep skin supple.

Reply:water, fruits and veggies. you need monounsaturated fats, so snack on almonds.
also, wearing sunscreen EVERYDAY it does a lot for your skin and keeps it great.
also, use a cream/lotion that contains glycerin(it makes skin softer)
Reply:Drink lots of fluids. People have nixed the rumor that greasy foods cause acne, but touching your face after touching greasy foods, or objects will. Wash your hands regularly, avoid touching your face, drink lots of water, take a flintstone vitamin (sounds weird, but I had perfect skin while taking them), also...try a natural face cleanser, aveeno works awesome for me!
