How do I get more cut looking and lose the loose skin?

Ive been goin to the gym for about 4 months now and been doing a mix of weight lifting involving cheast, abs, shoulder, back, biceps, and triceps and cardeo involving runnnig anywhere from 15 to 60 mins. at a consistant rate. The prob;em im having is that the fat in my is burning ackwardly. My cheast and abs the worst...the cheast fat seems to only be around the lower parts and it looks flabby and the ab have a similar issue, my gut just seems to hang at the bottom. i just wanna make it more even and get more of a cut and tighter look. I think since I have been over weight for a while the skin might have streched out and grow to the way my body was, and I want to know if there is any way to reverse it?

Congrats. Flabby skin is a sign that you are making progress. Good job. Keep up the exercise.

Skin is the body's largest organ and we take it for granted. As you lose weight and stay hydrated, your skin will tighten over your muscles. It's important to stay hydrated, and work out plenty to work the deeper layers of the dermis that connect to your new bulging muscles.

A healthy diet is important for skin, especially high in vitamins E, C, and A. Lots of fruit and dark green vegetables. Swimming seems to help the skin tighten as well. I love the steam room for my skin, but maybe that's just me. Keep working at it, picture your new self in your head, and work for that.
Reply:try palaties
Reply:the only way to get rid of loose skin is to have it surgically removed.
Reply:depends on your age. you lose collagen over time (elasticity). moisturize and build muscle to fill in some of the lose skin, that might help. other than that surgery. but it will leave a scar. make sure you're not losing too much weight either. also, consider this. better to have a few extra pounds, than to get lose like star jones. sorry, had to say that. honestly her face looks like it's sliding of her skull.
