Please Help! What are these itchy, burning, red and white mini rashy bumps that appear and disappear?

I these have weird rashes that come and GO, appear and disappear, in specific places. It's been happening for 2-3 weeks now, off and on. Please help me identify my rashy bumps!

It all started in the fleshy areas of both hands, between the thumb and index finger, the "triangular area". Started by just being there, getting red, itching, then burning. If I pull the skin tight, the "shape" of the inflammation (fluid?) under the skin turns white, and the surrounding skin turns much redder. You know what I mean. The discoloration of a mosquito bite.

They start like big fat mosquito bites, a white circle when skin pulled tight, itchy and red. But then they burn. It doesn't last long, sometimes seconds, sometimes an hour, but it burns and swells, and then subsides and goes away every time (but comes back!!) It spread to my wrists, 2-3 random spots on my back, then on to my toes tonight! Just now my toe swelled almost to pop! It's more active at night and hasn't spread to my girlfriend..

you have AIDS.
Reply:do the white bumps come after a lost of scrsting? coz if so ive got the exact same thing...

try having a really really hot shower when you get itchy, and near the end turn the water down to really really cold. this 'wakes up' your skin, and also gets gid of itchyness

Try using moisture isers also. a good one is 'Cetephil'.

I doubt itll spread to your girlfrend but it might spread your body still.

one more thing, are you new to an area? that can affect your skin weirdly so keep that in mind..

Hope it goes
Reply:I would see a dermatologist so they can actually look at them to see what they are.
Reply:You should see a Doctor.

You could have Hives or possibly Syphillis which can cause rashes on the hands and/or feet.

But Hives move around. I had them on my legs when I was a kid. On the front. Giant like mountains and then they moved to my butt and other places. It was awful and they itched and burned and I don't know what caused them. My Mom put vaseline on the area to sufffocate the bugs underneath my skin. You could have something completely different, like an allergic reaction to a food or a cleaning product or something else in your environment.

You should see a doctor for that, though. People here can only speculate. You need a diagnosis from an MD.
