I miss the 90's. Is anyone else sick of fashion in 2007?

I really miss the 90's -- The loose clothing, the grunge look, the outrageous fun colors... It was such a great vibe to me.





Nowadays everyone dresses in skin-tight girl jeans (regardless of gender), and those tight vintage tee's... All the tightness! I just can't get used to it, it's uncomfortable and looks awkward. Especially when many of the kids wanting to be trendy just end up having their fat hanging out of their clothes.





All my friends (I'm 22) make fun of my clothes for being 'too big'. I think their clothes are too damn tight. Am I insane, or am I not alone?

It's all about style %26amp; that is in right now but no your not insane you just have taste. The clothes they have out there now are for skinny tall girls who like tight pants, 3 inch heels, skirts that (hell no) you bend over %26amp; ********* and tops that look like bras or something. Yes even the fat girls are wearing the style just to fit in %26amp; it is Gross. What can you do, people out there still dress in the 70,80, 90, and have no problem but some think if you don't wear todays clothes your odd. I agree with you they are the odd ones.
Reply:i think we dress fine but i was born in 93. i think 90s clothing was a little ugly. but, there is nothing wrong with wearing things a little lose. if people wear things to tight it can be obscene.

Reply:well, the 90's are not comin back... some of the clothes lately are really cool and i like them... but if you look at the fashion shows in like paris or something, the clothes are UGLY! the "fashion designers" dont have a sense of fashion at all! but look at tyra banks - she can pull it off really well... some clothes may look bad, but you never know until you try it!
Reply:Everything (in my opinion) was too flashy, but then again my friend rants on me for wearing enough colour. Go figure....


I hate it when people buy clothes that look too small. Not just tight, but so that you can everything, and all the fat hangs out....

Reply:I like the fashion now a days, yes I agree that most fat people have their fat hanging out of thir clothes and it is disgusting, but the hot girls do look sexier in those skin showing clothes.

Reply:The 90's fashion was a little too wild if you ask me. I prefer fashions from the 40's, 50's, and today. Oh yeah, and I love the Victorian fashion.
